I've contacted support to help figure why my forms software won't activate on my new computer. It keeps telling me that the key number is invalid.
Please help.
P.S. I used to reside in Des Moines Iowa, and now live in Chicago IL

Posted on : 1/7/2010 8:55:54 AM Most likely windows XP default security setting is precluding you from running the software. It does not allow you to connect to the software database
Please login to [http://www.sub2deals.com/downloads/default.aspx] and see the instruction on how to bypass the XP default security settings
Windows XP is preset with security that is locking you to read write files and into database despite the fact that you are logged in as administrator. Also this creates other problems related to printers etc. |
