I meet thousands of investors all over the country and the one thing that comes up constantly as a problem for the average new investor is How to fill out all the darn forms?
There are forms for buying subject to, forms for doing lease options, forms for buying or selling on a land contract. If you use a trust, who signs the sales contract? You? Your Corp? Your LLC? Does the trust sign the contract? Forms must say this in this state and that in that state. I hear so and sos forms are good but will they work in my state and what if they dont? What can I do?
